Fault finding is so common place now-a-days, that unfortunately, a lot of Christians think it is their ministry. To them, exhortation means to find faults and point them out. Don’t do that. Instead, acknowledge your own imperfections while ministering to other imperfect people in a sense of gracious understanding. Urge your imperfect brothers and sisters on to higher heights in walking in the Lord.

The local church fellowship is not of men. It is “of God.” Paul wrote Scripture so that we would know how we “ought to conduct” ourselves “in” it. We must highly revere the local church ordination of God.
